XC Tech Tip #1 - Oct 14/04

New season...new wax

As the season approaches, now is a good time to get your bases taken care of. If you left your skis with what was remaining from your last hot wax, you will probably have some dried out bases by now. Treat them as if they were new skis and give them two or thre good wax jobs before you hit the snow.  Select a softer wax, as it will penetrate into the base more easily.
